2001 Ford ranger 2.3l 4cylinder 2wd manual transmission got to add 2 1/2 quarts of oil every 12 days there is no visible oil leak I've changed the pcv value did nothing but I notice little oil out the tailpipe when accelerate

You did not mention how many miles you drive in 12 days, but I assume not much. Your engine is worn out and it's time to swap the engine with one from a Junkyard.

engine miles 120440 250 miles for the 12 days
