2005 civic front wheel bearing?

I resently replaced the lower control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar links myself made sure not to tighten anything until adjusted to ride height. Had it alined and I don't know for sure but now that the front end is nice and tight I may hear a little bit of a growl or roar that only is heard at moderate speed 30mph and above but gets louder with speed. How can I check the hell bearings the hubs and bearingsseemed ok when I had them off for the ball joints

You can jack the tire up off the ground grab it and start wiggling the tire around if you have play in all directions then it would be the wheel bearing but to be honest if it’s not really loud growling sound it might just be your tires on road

To check wheel bearing jack up the car and throw on the E-brake and put the car in neutral. Then spin the wheel and see if you hear anything, if hearing any sort of grind, then yes bearing bad. If nothing then go grab the wheel from the top and bottom and try to shimmy it from top and bottom like pulling from the top and then pulling from the bottom of the wheel, if there is play(very noticeable) bearing bad.
