I have a 2017 f150 5.0 V8 4x4. How do I repair Code U0100:00-48, Lost communication with ECM(Electronic Control Module)PCM(Powertrain Control Module) A. Also, I thought I saved, how to save money on preprogramed computers? Were to buy?

was the vehicle in a flood? Do you get rodents?
Check the wires and connections on it.

Faulty PCM, shorted wiring in PCM circuit or poor wiring connections. Clean and re-install.
