I have a 2005 Toyota 4runner. I lost chip key and tried to crank it with a replacement key. Now the ECU is in security mode . I got a transponder box and key to put in it. Will it bypass the security mode in ECU module to crank it. Or is there something else that I can do since I can't get a exact chip key to replace the original.

Have you tried the dealership or a locksmith?
