IMHO, you should have your alternator tested. That's most obvious source of the problem, a voltage regulation problem with the alternator. Unless you have an extended warranty, the dealership's service department won't be much help.
Find a good diagnostic mechanic, and have them test power/ground/voltage on the alternator.
