I would try to diagnose the problem in this order -

Check the fuses first, then the relay, then the the grounding connections and lastly, the switch.  You can always go straight off a battery to check if the lamps themselves are defective.

Ok i will do but how do I check the fuse and the relay

Did you replace them with OEM bulbs? Discount bulbs are known to have issues like that out of the box.

It was doing it before I change them to. That why I change them thought they was going bad

In that case there is likely a wiring issue with the fixtures. You may wind up having to replace the fixtures themselves.

Please see this;

Oh yeah forgot to add that high beam work all the time when I turn them on it’s only the low beams giving me a problem

Did you put 12 volts to the lamps to make sure high and low both work?

Not really a car guy lol don’t know what that means but when I turn on my low beams in the right work but then the left won’t work l. Then left works and right won’t work and then when I try it again the both won’t work
