Low oil damage?

Hi, I have a 2019 Honda Civic coupe with the 2.0L engine. I usually change my own oil and keep on top of it. I had no time to change my own oil last oil change so I took it to Speedy for an oil change and I drove around normally after the change for about 5kmiles. When I checked it I noticed that it was low, so I drained it out and speedy had only put in 3.5 quarts, which is about what the 1.5L engine uses...this 2.0L uses 5.8 quarts. Should I be worried that I incurred some damage?

Thank you.

2.3 QT less than recommended

Did the oil light come on at any time? Any bad noises? Any metal filings in the oil when you drained it? That's a long time to run with the oil that low. However since it has a nearly six quart capacity it might be OK. Depending on the pan shape and oil pump pickup some engines can tolerate low oil more than others.

how low?

@gew I didn’t ask you. I’m asking the OP what the dipstick showed when he checked it.
