My car idles low and almost cuts off sometimes when i turn on my heat. Do u think u can tell me what the problem is

Could be misfire, low fuel pressure, battery voltage low, etc

If you have an electronic throttle, you need to check and clean the throttle body and the MAF sensor.
You should also check whether your vehicle has an Idle Air Control Valve and whether it needs cleaning or replacing.
When you turn on the heater, you are effectively putting load on the engine, and the engine is already at a low rpm, which makes it stall.
