Low RPMs 98 Honda civic LX

Hey I have a 98 Honda civic LX that has low rpm’s after the car warms up. It starts fine but once it’s warm the rpm drop to 500 or less. Feels like it will die. also when this happens the battery light comes on. I tested the battery while the car is running and electrical components are on and got 14.2 volts. I also changed the air filter because I thought it might be the problem. I’m not sure where to go from here. what do you think it could be?

give the intake, throttle and body, and IAC valve a thorough cleaning.

The battery starts your car, that's it. Only job.

You're dealing with a 26-year-old car. It could be almost anything from a clogged fuel filter to a worn out engine.

How much diagnosis have you done? Have you scanned for codes and live data? Checked fuel filter and fuel pressure? Looked for vacuum leaks? How old are the spark plugs? Have you cleaned the throttle body?
