Transmission fluid leak

Hello. I love watching your videos. They are very informative. I’m struggling with my 2011 Mazda 3. (It has 160,190 miles on it.) It’s leaking transmission fluid. It’s a sealed transmission. It seems no one wants to touch it. Mechanics have repeatedly said they could swap the transmission.  Not sure where to go from here. A motor mount is also in need of being replaced. I know that can be done with some ease.

I had one mechanic say he could possibly repair the holes at the bottom of the transmission where the leaks are happening and that could take care of it. That sounds strange to me.

What are your thoughts?

swap?

new car? If so suggestions?

repair current transmission?

Thank you in advance for your insight.

There's no such thing. It's a lie.

where?

We're going to need a bit more detail than that. Please post photos if you can.

As @imperator says, there is no such thing. If the fluid has not been changed in 13 years and nearly 170K miles that transmission has more problems. Even worse if there is no dipstick and it's leaking since the fluid level has not been checked.

There would not be any "holes" unless you hit something and cracked the transmission pan or case. The most likely source of leaks are input and output shaft seals and transmission cooler lines.
