On 2005 Subaru outback 2.5 h4
Radiator fan immediately when turn key over not fully even.
Can this bad lower hose be cause of cooling fan turn on and bad fuel mileage?

I really don't see how. I'm trying to think of a possible causal connection but it's jut not making sense. If the hose was bad enough it could cause the car to overheat either by leaking or by pump suction collapsing it.
