Lubrication of AC fittings

I drive a 2000 S10 pickup with a 2.2 l engine and an automatic transmission. I'm rebuilding the AC and I read that we are supposed to use 525 viscosity mineral oil for the fittings only. I can't find any 525 but I did find 500. Will that be okay in place of the 525 recommended by GM for o-rings in threads since it's only a little bit of viscosity difference?

I use Nylog on AC fitting but I haven't worked on your particular vehicle.
