- Hey Scotty I had done an oil change on my 1992 Mitsubishi Galant 189,000 miles fluid was dirty. So I changed it using 3 1/2 quarts of Mobil 1 10w30 and added a 12 ounce of bottle Lucas oil stabilizer and now it seems to sound better when running and I don’t hear the hydraulic valve lifters making noise anymore. So it seamed like the bottle of lucas helped alot. Thanks alot Scotty for the great advice.
