07 Grand Marq. Back two windows will go down using driver door controls but will only go up using the designated door control. Suggestions other than new driver door module and if I have to replace it, how difficult is the installation?

You'll want to pop the door panel off and make sure the connections are solid for the inoperable switches. If so, they have just gone bad and you need a new module.
Install is easy enough and plenty of how-to videos out there.
