Matrix clunking noise only on sharp right turns

2009 Matrix with 165K. This sound only comes from the right driver side and only on sharp right turns. This has been happening for years, same sound, not worsening. I tried my best to diagnose and never found any torn rubber boots, cracks, etc. I applied the AT205 periodically and it does help, but a buddy of mine advised to 'spray silicone around struts'. I do believe I saw Scotty doing this one time but I can't find the video. Is this worth a try? To me I always thought it was some kinda bushing being dried out. TYIA!

Sure you can spray wd40 on all the rubber bushings sometimes it'll go away if it's been doing it for years. It's got to be some kind of rubber bushing. Anything else would have broken by now
