Hello
I have a 2020 mazda cx5 had my first oil change and tire rotation at 7000 miles as recommended at a mazda dealer.
I checked my oil and i believe it was slightly overfilled ,i would like to find a great trusted mechanic for the rest of my maintenance.
would this void my warranty and is it recommended.
If not how to deal with bad dealer maintenance.

You should check the car manual to find out about the warranty situation.

Typically you just have to have the services done on time as recommended by the manufacturer and they must be done by ASE Certified mechanics.
However, as @yaser said, your owners manual can tell you what the guidelines are for your particular vehicle.
