when i exit the driveway after letting the car warm up a little, there is a hesitation between 1st and 2nd, its like the rpm gauge moves back and forth between the gears, like its unsure if it wants to shift and then regrets shifting lol.

anyway it only happens the first time the cars shifts, and then it gets better and just shifts not the smoothest, but doesnt hit you, for the first minute or two, after it warms up it shifts perfectly fine, is it ok? 6 speed automatic, tranny fluid was already replaced with original fluid. car has 84k km

It is normal. Cars shift a bit harder when the transmission is still cold. When you warm up the engine, it does not necessarily fully warm up the transmission.
