Do i have to worry about carbon build up in intake valves?
Car is running perfectly right now.
Do i need to use spray valve cleaner in intake manifold as a routine maintenance or it' s wasting money?

use a borescope to find out how bad it is. Then, if needed, take it for proper GDI cleaning service. The stuff in a can won't do anything.
