Hi Scotty my 2020 Mazda CX-5 with 42.000 miles started shifting hard its didn't do this when now. it has the sport mode but I dont use it. The trans fluid is full I heard their was problems with the 2018 - thru 2020 CX-5 could it be a computer problem ?? the warranty runs out at 50.000 miles I dont want to get stuck with a big bill for repairs .Thank you

If it's still under warranty have the dealer diagnose the problem.

Go demand a NEW transmission.
And don't let them tell you to go away - get what they owe you.
