What year did Mazda stop using Ford parts and started using Toyota parts? Was this on all vehicles?

Ford's partnership with Mazda lasted from 1974 to 2015. Mazda's partnership with Toyota started after that.

2008 was the beginning of the ends, when Ford started to sell its Mazda ownership.
2015 is when Ford totally sold all it shares of Mazda.
Almost anything labeled SkyActiv Technology is mostly Mazda. SkyActiv debuted in 2011.
There are some things that did fall through the cracks, like a V6 engine with a flawed water pump design.
