Why is my car overheating?

Toyota Camry 2002 Camry v4 engine 275,000 miles

Car overheated no warning always get serviced changed thermostat and hoses still overheat could it be the radiator clogged all original parts on car no leaks

I would replace the radiator.

2002 Toyota Camry v4 engine auto 275,000 miles changes thermostat, hoses, radiator still overheating took it to the Toyota shop where we get it service and we bought it. In the notes it states short block, water pump, head gasket set, spark plugs, new oil, filter and machine shop rebuild of cylinder head  total $9876.94 

Is this too much money to be putting into an old car that even if we get these repairs done something else will probably need fixing even though these are the original parts to be replaced?
