I have a 2015 MDX. The battery died so I replaced it. After replacement the digital speedometer disappeared. Also the forward radar (for braking) feature is not appearing either.
does this need to be fixed by the dealer? I haven’t found any codes with my scanner.
I’ve searched the internet and haven’t had luck finding a solution. I know both features existed because I’ve been using them for 5 years now.

Similar issues have happened to me with a ford. If you disconnected the battery the wrench light would come on and the throttle wouldn't do anything. If you try disconnecting the battery again for a few mins and connect it again it might fix it. If that doesn't work personally I don't know.
