Scotty, I'm a big fan, I have a 2001 Nissan QX4, it has 200k but still runs great, I maintain all fluids... How much longer can my 3500 Nissan engine last.

Keep up with your maintenance- change the oil (every 5k miles) and transmission fluid (assuming you do change it every 40k miles). Check the spark plugs and PCV valve and see if they need to be replaced.

There is not telling but keep up on all the maintenance to get the longest life possible.
