Hello,

I was searching on a german used cars website and I came across this Mercedes C250 Coupe (I'm from Slovenia, so I would import it from Germany).

The first thing that I noticed was, this car is a lot cheaper than the rest. Then I saw that it was "Repaired accident damage" as it says on the website and that it was imported from the USA to Germany.

I searched online to get info about this car, there was a VIN number included (WDDGJ4HB2EG203971) and I saw that it was damaged on the side.

This car is now fully repaired and it looks good to me, but I would love if someone could check this car with the VIN number (WDDGJ4HB2EG203971) and tell me if I should even consider buying this car. I will include the link to the car here just so you can see photos of it now being repaired. This car runs about 3,000 euros cheaper than not repaired one.

Do you feel lucky? I would not recommend buying any car that I couldn't test drive and have a mechanic put up on a lift and inspect -  ESPECIALLY if it have been in an accident. It's a lot easier to make a car LOOK good, than it is to make it work right, so it tracks right, and the windows don't leak air and water, and the suspension works right and so on.

Buying anything that's salvage is a game of risk. You need to find something that buys salvage cars and finds a way to insure them legally.

It says it came from a salvage auction so I don't know if you'll be able to insure it.

ok, but if I could insure it. Would you say that this car is worth buying or not?

That is entirely your gamble.
