I need help! 2002 Ford F150 with the 4.2L V6 automatic with 96k miles. Is has a check engine code for P1131, P0420 and P1151. It idles very low and may stall at times. And I sometime smell fuel. I always make sure I close the fuel cap correctly as I refuel. Would that help with an idea of what my real problem is?

All these codes are probably the result of a vacuum leak somewhere in the engine. Check all vacuum lines and fittings and you should find the connection is loose, or the hose is cracked or disconnected.
You should also probably check to see if there is an intake manifold leak.
