I overhauled my engine in the end of December and I am on my 3rd oil change I just saw that there are some tiny shiny particles on the dipstick, is this normal or should I e worried?

Shiny particles in your oil are NEVER a good thing.
How comprehensive was the overhaul, and what was machined, if anything? What new parts went in?
I would take one of those oil filters and cut it apart so you can see how bad this is.
You were right the engine was a bust
