Hey i have been experiencing rough idle especially when turning on the ac. I recently noticed that when I tried operating the power windows the car would shake more and sometimes if i used the radio and the interior lights are usually slowly flickering unlike when i turn off the car. I tried monitoring the VPWR reading from my small obd 2 machine and i noticed that the voltage fluctuates sometimes from 13.2 to 13.8 and can dip to 12.5. Could this be the alternator and if so could it cause misfires and would getting a used replacement work?

yes. Have your charging system load tested.
