Hey Scotty, I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze 1.4 L with 120K miles
Changed the oil today and found metal flakes in the oil that look brass colored, they aren't very big, I assume this means the bearings are wearing out? But how big of an issue is this, do I need to take care of it ASAP?

Metal in the oil is never good. That means you have metal to metal contact happening in the motor.
At that mileage, the Cruze is probably about at end of life. I would sell it and get something more reliable. Seriously, they are not known for longevity past 100k miles.
