Hi Scotty
I have a 2017 Tiguan R-Line with a 2.0 Liter TSI Engine and Automatic Transmission. I recently replaced all the Brake Pads and also rear rotors. I never bled the Brake Lines but allowed the fluid to push back into the master cylinder when I backed off the Electronic Brake Motors on the rear of the vehicle. I never disconnected the battery for this process and because I never used a scanner to reset the Caliper Pistons on the rear wheels I never had any battery support connected at all.
Brake work went fine and the vehicle performs as expected, great braking. The problem is that a slew of MIL Lights are on and remain on when I am driving. I have a BlueDriver Scanner and I have proceeded to scan for DTCs. There are none. I have a picture of my dash, for your information, but being unfamiliar with this site I may not be able to attach it.

Try scanning the car with an actual professional all systems scanner.
Would that include a VCDS from Ross Tech?
