I need a good minivan but I have no idea what to get or where to find them. I'm know GM and Chrysler products are no good, but what about Ford's? I also like Mazdas but mainly need the 6 seats and a good sound system. Reliability is 3rd to those.

Avoid Honda Odyssey. They have transmission, AC, electrical, .... problems. One of the worst vans out there is Honda Odyssey.

You're right. Straight from the factory they are low on freon...don't get me started on the rest of the car.
Go for Toyota Sienna. Craigslist and Autotempest.com are two good sources.
Consider Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey. For both makes, average OTD for a standard van would be about $38k to $42K depending on options. High end new could be $50K and up.
Used: Not that much out there, vans are about 4% of national market. But check every source. Prices depend on year, odometer reading, condition, and what the seller wants for it ?
