I have a 02 Mazda B 3000 automatic And has misfire in cylinder three with 190,000 miles. What could it be I change the plugs the wires what else should I do?

You should do diagnostics before replacing parts. Many more things than spark plugs and wires can cause a misfire - basically anything and everything that can affect combustion. Vacuum leaks, bad compression, bad coil, bad intake manifold gasket, cracked intake manifold, etc., etc.
