Have a 2009 Corolla S with a check engine light AutoZone scan the code P0301 so I bought the coils and check engine light went away a month later came back changed the spark plugs and check engine light went away but in 3 weeks P0301 came back, what can it be this time?

All righty misfire on cylinder number one can be a problem in the head gasket a leak on the intake manifold gasket on number one. It can also be a weak fuel injector on number one. Those are the most common things. I would run some fuel injector cleaner through cuz maybe there's a problem with the number one fuel injector and cleaner will fix it
