I have a 2010 Dodge Challenger V6, it has 104k miles. Spark plugs and Ignition coils are new don’t even have a year, I have an OBD connected and sometimes a couple of weeks the OBD would trigger a code of a misfire on cylinder 6 but check engine light wouldn’t turn on. This morning the check engine light is on and hasn’t turned off, the car is running smooth, no symptoms whatsoever, what could it be?

Just as with an illness, it's better to deal with a car malfunction when the symptoms are just appearing than wait until they get really bad. It sounds like you've given good attention to the ignition, so I'd suspect a clogged or weak injector on #6. Maybe try what Scotty talks about here
