After watching several of your videos, I bought a one-owner used Lexus RX 330 with 145K miles in close to mint condition through Facebook marketplace. Overall it is a great car and the transmission shifts smoothly most of the time. Occasionally it has an unsmooth/jerky shift in and/or out of what I think is 3rd gear. (typically happens at around 15-35 mph). Is this something that can be adjusted inexpensively perhaps through updating the car's computer programming or is it a sign of something worse?

There's no real adjustments on those I would say change the fluid and filter just drain yourself that can often help but if it doesn't live with it
