my accord with 227k miles got a misfire on a bumpy road.
what parts can cause a misfire? it still has normal compression.

Check the ignition system connections (the wires, battery terminals,..)

I changed the plugs, and reconnected each coil so far.
New honda coil packs on the way by mail.
