Misfiring

I have a 2003 Ford Escape XLT 2.0L 5 speed. Cylinder one spark plug electrode disappeared/ "blew up". I replaced the plugs wires and the coil pack, all the injectors are working. I still have a misfire on cylinder 1, 2, random, and start up (first 1000 revolutions). I have no idea what the blank to do. Any ideas that would help me?

Please don’t double post, thanks.

Well if the electrode inside the engine has gone it got hit meaning that you have a broken valve or piston in that cylinder. I've seen that happen many times if the other spark plugs are fine yet that one is broken off it had to gotten hit by the Pistons or the valves
