Hey Scotty my wife is thinking about a 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse cross GT 3100$ in Alberta . She has a 2017 Ford Explorer sport and the turbo is staring to fail out of warranty and is a gas hog dealship will give us 34000$ for the explorer . Sound like a good car to trade for . Thanks !
No. stay away from that car and instead, get a Toyota or Honda.
I would pass on that! There are better vehicles you can get that will give you minimal fuss over many miles.
The Eclipse is not a well made car and you can get much better for your money.
I leased one, and it was a fine vehicle. Looked great, performed well, both on and off road (took it on an atv trail in mountainous Kentucky once) And I got 26MPG with AWD.
They have 10 year 100K mile warranties, and if you don't need them to last FOREVER they can be a great alternative to a Toyota (they usually go under MSRP, Toyota's base models usually go for the same a top trim Eclipse Cross does.
