I had a battery that was bad recently changed, but since it was changed the engine will go up in RPMs about 20-35 mph and hesitate.
It's like it lost power.

Apparently you don’t get correct air/fuel ratio. Check the air filter and clean the MAF sensor. Then change the fuel filter and pressure test the gas pump.

Load test your alternator. Was the new battery the same specification as the previous one?

Yes, I made sure to get the same battery, also I got the alternator checked and it was fine.
