Hi Scotty,
My Mitsubishi Outlander 2011 Activ 2.4 FWD left driver passenger side is howling whenever I reach the speed of 70km/h. I've checked the wheels and there is no play, no bump. The mechanic said the tyre is a little bit deform and it is not the wheel bearing. https://vimeo.com/577494216

Rotate the front tires to the rear. If the noise moves to the rear then a bad tire is the prime suspect.
