Is it good to use this High Mileage oil for toyota sienna car over 75k miles? or is regular synthetic oil just fine? Thank you

I would just use whatever the owner's manual recommends

As long as it satisfies the grade and weight specs in your owner's manual, it doesn't matter who makes it.
