Hi, I saw a video where someone used this product called Mag and Aluminum polish to clean their headlamps, https://youtu.be/fZ89gOReWw8
Is this better than using the methods/kits that require sanding? Like the turtle wax headlight restorer, I was planning on using and use the meguiars keep clear coat after, that was before I saw this video.
Which do you recommend I should use?

It is an excellent product if you don't have deep scratches it works quite well but you need an actual kit like a 3M kit if you have deep scratches

you'll be better off using the products they sell specifically for headlamps
