Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve 5.6 liter black mutimedia touch screen will not light up. It only light ups in reverse with the view from the top and the rear. Only the reverse feature works. The touch screen is black and you cannot use the stereo or A/C. However the A/C is working but the stereo is not. I have checked fuses, relays and voltages. I even tried to reset the shipping mode with the electric parts fuse. Any suggestins.

@keith1keith Try the factory reboot method of resetting (don't use fuses to reset) Hold the audio system power button down for about 10 secs until you see the Nissan logo appear which indicates the factory reset is underway. I realize the screen is messing with you (this is what a dealer should try first) If you can't "see it, time it". It's worth a shot..
