My 1998 Honda Accord LX V-6 4 cylinder manual transmission has a problem. I have a difficult time shifting into 1st and reverse.

2. Also, please do not use ALL CAPS as it has the appearance of shouting. (Title and caps edited.)
3. Check that your shift linkage is adjusted properly and your clutch is fully releasing.
4. There is no fourth thing.
