- Hello, 2007 5.4 liter f150 constantly misfires while I'm driving, I've replaced the engine, ignition coils, timing chain and everything else and it still misfires. It has 80,000 miles on the used engine and it is automatic...Thanks....Robert Benson...

Well rather than guess find a guy like me with a good scan tool to see what is actually misfiring it could be one or two or three cylinder ignition coils it could be a blown head gasket could be bad spark plugs bad fuel injectors lots of things in the data on a scan tool let you pinpoint the problem area quickly
