Hi Scotty! My 4runner jumps forward when put in drive, any idea what could cause that? Its a 1995 Toyota 4runner 3.0l v6 vze sr5 automatic transmission with 138000 miles , i have changed transmission fluid and filter and that did not fix it.

Well old age. You probably have some type of problem inside the transmission. But do check to see if motor mount or transmission mounts are broken. No off into that. See my video replacing broken motor mounts on your car. It's on YouTube. Basically you jack up the engine with a jack on a piece of wood and if you see the motor and transmission move up in the air but the body doesn't follow then look around. You'll see cracked mounts that need replacing. Pray it's that

Thank you for quick response, will look into it.
