hey Scotty, I live in Canada and got myself a 1998 Honda Civic CX manual hatchback with 306,000km on it. The car runs good but once in a while it will idle weird. It will jump from about 1000rpm to 2000rpm or after I rev it it will idle at 500rpm. I’ve been told to replace my idle air control valve but I wanted to get you’re opinion on it. Thanks Scotty
