my car loses a lot oil

Hi Scotty
I have Nissan versa 2007 with 160 000 km now
my car loses a lot oil , does not burn oil and no smoke at all,and no leak on engine or on ground.
i replaced the PCV valve and oil pan gasket still lose oil , replaced valve gasket with spark plug gasket still same problem.
when i drive on high way for 5 hours and drove 9 hours going and back my car does not lose oil
in city driving my car lose about quarter oil in 10 days
in one mouth and half 3000 km will be empty of oil
can you please tell how to fix this issue
i went to nissan dealer , they do not know the problem
they want me to leave it to daignose the problem but dealer very expensive
a friend tells me to install oil catch can but i want to fix the issue its better.

why i do not lose oil on high way 4 hours or 9 hours drive ?
but driving in city i lose a lot oil

i use synthetic oil or regular oil with new filter ( pennzoil - mobil - total -Valvoline) all i lose oil

i found an other person same but defferent he loses oil when he drive long drive .

Well obviously an engine related problem I would assume if it's not dripping on the ground losing them at all you would see a drip that would mean it is burning oil and at lower speeds if you have bad valve seals it will burn a lot of oil if it doesn't burn on the highway the hell seals don't do that much on the highway but at low speeds you will burn more oil it valve seals are going out
