Hi Scotty, I have a 2013 f150 fx2 when I leave it parked for couple days and then I start it it makes that tick tick tick noise under the hood.

Could be just a valve tap when the oil drains down from sitting for days. I have the same thing in my 2002 Monte Carlo. Just taps for a few minutes and then goes away.

Probably top of the engine, valve related (top, dry, cold engine) I'm assuming hydraulic lifters. Whatever you do, DO NOT run Seafoam or anything like that in that engine 🤣 Don't try to flush anything out, just keep changing the oil and it should run for a long time.
