Looking at that data it seems to be a single event that threw that P0544 code. I'd try clearing the code and see if it returns.
If the code returns examine the connector at your Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor.
If the wiring and connector look good, replace the sensor.
Well they don't sell scold is here so I have no experience with them whatsoever you're going to need to find a European mechanic on that one
If it helps, a Skoda Superb is basically a VW Passat, and the one OP is talking about has the 2L TDI diesel engine that was involved in Dieselgate.
