2009 chevy Malibu LTZ 3.6L V6 engine.

When you say it won't start, do you mean it won't crank over, or it cranks over but won't run (there's a big difference as far as fixing the problem).
Have you looked at your fuel system? If it is crank but no start, can you smell gas fumes coming out of your exhaust pipe when you have been cranking it?
